Through the rehabilitation process the Historic Wilson Hotel will be using the LEED ~ Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design guidelines for existing buildings and extensive Green Built construction technologies. Our team has been committed to continuing education of green building for the past 5 years. There are two major conferences and a third on the rise, held annually that we attend to keep abreast of the latest in green building concepts.
